LEGALCARE    is an innovative program designed to provide your members with easy, confidential access to the legal assistance they require.

From time to time, we all face legal concerns and challenges that could be better handled if an attorney was consulted. With LEGALCARE, the assistance your members require is just a phone call away.

  Your Most Valuable Asset

  At LEGALCARE, we recognize that your members are your most valuable asset. We also recognize that from time to time, legal concerns or problems may affect their business or personal lives which, in turn, can cost them money. By providing LEGALCARE  as a member benefit, you will be providing your members with an extraordinarily useful opportunity to benefit their business and personal lives; thereby making an invaluable investment in both your members and your Association.  

  The LEGALCARE Services

  LEGALCARE  is available on a nationwide basis for your members. The program is available during normal business hours and in an emergency, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  LEGALCARE’s services include:

 ¨ HELPLINE  -  A free legal “helpline” which allows your members to call and speak with a local attorney to obtain legal advice, information and answers to questions on legal concerns or problems they have relating to their business, professional and personal matters.

  There is no limit to the number of calls or the length of time a member may spend on the phone with the “helpline” attorney.

  ¨ REFERRALS - Anytime your member requires legal representation, he or she will be provided with the name of one or more independent attorneys who have been vetted by LEGALCARE. All such referrals will be to attorneys who specialize in the member’s area of need and whose office is near your member’s home or office. 

 All referral attorneys will provide your members with an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes, free of charge and then provide a 25% reduction to his/her standard billable rates for all work done on your members' behalf.

 Participation

LEGALCARE  is an Association funded program (at an investment by you of only pennies per member per month) covering your members.  All services are private, held in the strictest confidence and provided by experienced attorneys, all of whom are affiliated with LEGALCARE.

Under no circumstances does LEGALCARE advise on or provide referrals for anything pertaining to your Association.

  Confidentiality

  All contact your members have with LEGALCARE  and any attorney he or she is referred to, will be held in the strictest confidence unless the member first consents in writing to the release of information or as otherwise required by law.

Anytime your member has a legal question, or whenever your member needs a referral to an attorney, all he or she need do is call LEGALCARE’s  toll-free number.
